Why She Inspire?

As a student passionate about STEM, leadership, and creating opportunities for others, I, Riana Chokshi, started She Inspire to give people especially students like me; direct access to the experiences and stories of women shaping the future through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

I wanted to create a platform that goes beyond achievements and allows women to share their real journeys, their challenges, failures, turning points, and successes.

Through these conversations, I hope to help students discover different career paths, learn from real experiences, and gain the confidence to pursue their own ambitions. I also want to show that there is no single path to a career in STEM.

Our Mission

We empower young girls to discover their potential in STEM by providing direct access to the inspiring journeys of women leaders. Our mission is to make careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics accessible, relatable, and achievable for every student.

Our Vision

We envision a future where every young girl feels confident and inspired to pursue a career in STEM. By highlighting the diverse paths and achievements of women, we aim to create a global community of innovators and changemakers who lead with empathy and expertise.

Our Impact

Our goal is to bridge the gap in representation by providing students with the resources and stories they need to succeed. We aim to inspire the next generation of researchers, engineers, and entrepreneurs to shape a more innovative and equitable future.

What Makes She Inspire Different?

She Inspire focuses on the person behind the profession and the journey behind each achievement. From the first spark of curiosity to building a career, each conversation explores the choices, challenges, failures, and turning points that shape one woman’s journey. By sharing these honest experiences, She Inspire helps students understand that there is no single path into STEM and encourages them to explore their own interests, ask questions, and turn their curiosity into a career.
